Josh King began clogging over 20 years ago in Houston, Texas, USA.

Since then, "The Clogdog" has gone on to become a popular International Clogging Instructor teaching workshops all over the U.S., Australia, Canada, Germany and Denmark. Josh has choreographed and taught many workshop favourites including three U.S. National Dance List routines, "All Shook Up", "Cotton Eye Joe" and "Sold".

He has also danced in and choreographed numerous award-winning competition routines, receiving Grand Champion honors at many competitions and the prestigious choreography award at the Starpower National Talent competition. In addition to competing, Josh has been a judge at many premiere clogging competitions across the U.S.

Josh currently resides in the Gippsland area of southeastern Australia where he teaches local clogging classes and runs a dance studio with his wife, Della.

Matt Sexton, CCI, owner and artistic director, has been clogging for 17 years and has been instructing since the age of 15. Matt has performed professionally as a lead singer/dancer for DollyWood Themepark in Pigeon Forge, TN, and has traveled from Nashville to Los Angeles demonstrating his talents.

Some of Matt's performances include made for T.V. movies, commercials, music videos, and many live theater productions. Matt has taken Dance Explosion to National Level Competitions and professional venues such as DollyWood and Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO. Matt is a Certified Clogging Instructor through the Clogging Leaders Organization and a Certified Judge.

Joel Harrison is the director of the competition teams for the Capital City Cloggers of Lincoln, Nebraska. He was the youngest clogging instructor ever inducted into the National Clogging and Hoedown Championship’s National Clogging Hall of Fame, and was selected director of the 2002 All Star Pro Team for the Western United States.

Joel has been involved in dance for the past twenty years with a background in jazz, tap, power tap, and clogging. He has been teaching for twelve years – the last nine as Director of Competition Teams for Capital City Cloggers, Inc. Under his direction, CCC Teams have won multiple National Championships & multiple Gold Medals at the AAU Junior Olympics. His award winning clogging team, Whiplash, was featured on national television on the Arts & Entertainment Network special “The Competition”, and was recently pronounced “Top Dogs” on the famous television show “Showtime at the Apollo”.

He is in high demand as an instructor at clogging workshops conducted throughout the nation. Joel has been a featured instructor at the National Clogging Convention and was the 2005 producer of the National Clogging Convention Showcase. He has traveled to Japan and Ireland as a member of an International Clogging Team and Joel recently joined “All That,” an all male percussive dance team in their performances in the Carolina Opry in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Under Joel’s guidance, Whiplash has competed in more than thirty regional competitions and more than ten national competitions. The teams are recognized for their high-energy precision and innovative choreography.
